ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders based https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the proceedings of the third respondent dated 18.09.2018 to implement the resolution of the 1st respondent council dated 13.12.1995 in Resolution No.2984/95.

2.Considering the limited nature of the prayer in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed by directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders based on the proceedings dated 18.09.2018, 06.08.2019 and 17.03.2020 of the 3rd respondent to implement the Resolution of the 1st respondent council dated 13.12.1995 within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order in fact, similar order has also been passed by this Court on 27.07.2021 in W.P.No.15056 of 2021. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
