This application has been filed to amend the Schedule "A" by including S.I.Nos.27 & 28 and consequently amend the total in Schedule and Paragraph No.11 of the petition as Rs.97,29,564/- instead of Rs.87,30,066/-, include the documents in the list of documents as Item Nos.58 to 62 of the O.P.No.854 of 2018 and also the original succession certificate dated 28.03.2019.

2. The applicant has filed an original petition in O.P.No.854 of 2018 for grant of succession certificate in favour of him. The same was ordered by this Court on 28.03.2019 and the succession certificate was issued in favour of the applicant. While matter stood thus, after sometime, the applicant found some more share certificates which were invested by V.T.Titus, father of the applicant, in ITC Limited Company. The same was excluded at the time of filing of the above said original petition. In order to get the benefits of the shares invested in ITC Limited Company, the applicant requires a succession certificate including the

above said shares. Therefore, the applicant is before this Court to amend the petition for grant of succession certificate to include the above said shares.

3. It is represented that the respondent did not have any objection when the succession certificate was ordered by this Court on 28.03.2019 and presently also, he has no objection for the amendment as sought for by the applicant.

4. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to issue succession certificate in respect of the share certificates as indicated in this application in favour of the applicant with necessary amendments.
