ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been filed as against the order dated 15.10.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.384 of 2024 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, thereby dismissed the application to return the property.

2. When the matter is taken up today the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the entire case dairy in Cr.No.45/2024 has now been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Mandya District, Karnataka.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

4. Considering the above submissions, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
