The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.07.2015.

2. The petitioner has given complaint as against one Subbu @ Subramani on the allegation of cheating. Since no action was taken by the respondent on the said complaint, the present petition has been filed.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of complaint C.S.R.No.222 of 2015 has been assigned, but subsequently on completion of enquiry, the said C.S.R was closed on 22.07.2015 since the counter petitioner undertook to repay the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- which was received from the petitioner.

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed.
