Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition (b) directing the petitioner to report to the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., daily as contained in the order dated 23.07.2020 made in the above Crl.O.P.No.10724 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition (b) directing the petitioner to report to the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., daily in Crl.O.P.No.10724 of 2020 dated 23.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10724 of 2020 dated 23.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
