This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to take action against the 4th respondent based on the representation made on 02.03.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted the relevant files and it is seen that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent police and the same has been closed on 29.04.2023.

In view of the above development, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to move the appropriate Court under Section 156(3) of Cr.PC and work out his rights as held

by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabhakaran v. The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur reported in (2018) 2 LW Crl 489. 4.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
