2.These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellants and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 15 days is condoned.
5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeals and list the same for admission. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.BTamil Nidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents at the time of admission. 6.The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to immediately serve the papers on the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
