This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.29666 of 2026 against the order passed in M.C.O.P.No.1809 of 2023 by the learned Special District Judge No.1, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 26 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission in due course.
