2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.49 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23011 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is relaxed.
