ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners/defendants submitted that the suit in O.S.No.1172 of 2018 was withdrawn by the plaintiffs/respondents before the lower Court on 01.02.2021 and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for petitioners, he is permitted to withdraw this civil revision petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
