This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition in para no.5(b) imposed in the order dated 29.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1551 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1551 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
