PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the 2nd and 3rd respondents under the Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Service rules within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 1st respondent to initiate the disciplinary proceedings against the 2nd and 3rd respondent.
2.This Court has carefully considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent and the materials available on record. 3.It seen that a complaint is pending in CSR.No.94/19 and the grievance is that no action has been taken in the said complaint.
4.There shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to take action on the compliant pending with CSR.No.94/19 in accordance with the guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court made in Lalitha Kumari Vs.Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
