ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17777 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22996 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
