This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.4(b) of the order dated 11.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5869 of 2024.

3.Considering the submissions, I am not inclined to modify the condition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition to report before the Vadasery Police Station at Nagarcoil everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of fifteen days and thereafter, he may appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
