O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful, possession, enjoyment and carrying on business in the Bunk Shop at No.258, situated at T.H.Road (near to Fire Station) Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 081.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 22.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list this matter on 29.06.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Today (29.06.2018) also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Under the Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme and Rules, 2015, Vending Committee has been established to look into the grievances. Despite the fact that none appears for the petitioner. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the said Committee, if so advised.

4. With the above terms, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
