This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking exemption of court fee for a sum of Rs.24,000/- in the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd respondent-Insurance Company deposited a sum of Rs.63,766/- together with interest to the file of M.C.O.P.No.93 of 2019. The petitioners 1 to 3 have withdrawn a sum of Rs.53,766/- and prayed for exemption of Court fee on condition that they will pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- initially and will pay the balance Court fee after disposal of the appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the entire materials available on record.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards Court fee initially and pay the balance Court fee after disposal of the appeal.
