JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by Dr.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) The only ground pressed by the learned counsel for the Appellant Mr.D.Manimaran is that the learned Single Judge, while passing the order impugned before us on 6.2.2020, directed payment of Rs.75,000/- as Additional Remuneration to Mr.R.W.H.Ghyaz Ahmed, the learned Advocate Commissioner, who had submitted a report which was found to be somewhat contrary to the Engineer's Report in the preceding para of the same order. Therefore, the learned counsel for the Appellant submits that Additional Remuneration could not have been directed by the learned Single Judge.

2. We are not inclined to interfere with the said order at this stage. The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he may be given liberty to move appropriate Application before the learned Single Judge for seeking modification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The liberty prayed for is granted. The Appeal is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
