This writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 25.04.2015 sent by the petitioner on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is that she applied for sanction of plan for construction of a residential house in T.S.No. 31/32 measuring an extent of 44 x 10 = 440 sq.ft within the jurisdiction of Valparai Municipality, Valparai Taluk, Coimbatore District. The petitioner was granted patta by District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore and the petitioner is paying property tax from the year 1984 to the Municipality till today. While so, the petitioner application submitted along with building plan was rejected by the respondent by order dated 09.03.2015 and the plan was returned. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation on 25.04.2015 to reconsider the petitioner's application and the plan submitted by her. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The building plan submitted by the petitioner, has not been rejected, but it has been returned for certain compliances. Though the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the respondent on 25.04.2015 to reconsider her application and to approve the plan submitted by her, the petitioner is, once again, directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondent along with the building plan, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, with regard to approval of the building plan, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
