ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324 and 379 of IPC, in Crime No.520 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have filed this anticipatory bail petition on 08.07.2021 before this Court and suppressing the anticipatory bail application, they filed another anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court, Villupuram and obtained the anticipatory bail.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that he has no instructions from the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the State Legal Services Authority, by way of Demand Draft, drawn in favour of the State Legal Services Authority, Chennai. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Registry is directed to mark the copy of this order to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority. In case, the petitioners fail to pay the amount within the time prescribed, the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority shall initiate necessary action for recovering the said amount.
