ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2015.

The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against (i) P.U.Raghavan, (ii) Rajeswari (iii) Karuppasamy and (iv) Balamurali in respect of the land in dispute. But, the complaint has not been registered so far by the respondent police. Hence, he has come forward with this present petition. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on completion of enquiry, the said complaint was closed by B-11 Saibaba Colony Police Station, stating that already civil suit is pending between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I am of the opinion, since the complaint has already been closed as civil in nature, this Court cannot give any direction to the respondent police and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., if he is so aggrieved.
