This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate Court No.I instead of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II at Poonamallee in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5811 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.5811 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy. Two further weeks is granted in executing the sureties.

Further, considering the circumstances, the condition for granting anticipatory bail is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. in the evening until further orders.
