ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner died and he is not able to get the particulars of the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner. Since sufficient time was given to the petitioner to implead the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner, I do not see any reason to adjourn the matter further.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated with a liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the case further if, the legal heirs are traced. No costs. Consequently connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
