Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass order on the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.06.2014 for the purpose of transfer from Tamil Nadu State Police (TSP) to District Armed reserve Vellore with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner is at present serving as Bugler in XIII Battalion at Chennai and according to him, he has rendered meritorious service. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 19.06.2014 to the respondent stating that his mother is suffering from diabetics and prayed for posting in native district so as to enable him to look after his mother. The wife of the petitioner has also made a similar representation on 03.07.2015 to the respondent and since no orders were passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Tamilrajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the first respondent through the third respondent by enclosing a copy of this order as well as the copy of the earlier representations dated 19.06.2014 and 03.07.

2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the third respondent on receipt of the same is directed to forward the representation through proper channel to the first respondent within a period of three weeks thereafter and the first respondent on receipt of the same is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
