ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in Crime No.131 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. Earlier, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8673 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021. Further, the petitioners had not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court Hence, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners had not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8673 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8673 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021.
