O R D E R
This revision has been filed against the fair and decreetal Order of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Pondicherry dated 23.03.2007 made in I.A.No.4427 of 2005 in O.S.No.1131 of 2005.
2. Today, when the matter was taken, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted the suit in O.S.No.1131 of 2005 itself has been disposed on 14.12.2008 and a copy of the judgment has also been produced.
3. This revision has been filed against the dismissal of the impleading petition application. Since, the suit itself has been disposed of after full trial, nothing survives in this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost. However, it is open to the revision petitioners to file a separate suit, if advised so.
