By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner is working as Head Master in the third respondent school, Aided Elementary School, Manadikuppam, Neiveli Range, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District. The third respondent is the Secretary of the school and according to the petitioner, the third respondent who is functioning as the Secretary of the School
Committee has developed malafide intention as the petitioner has questioned the mal-administration in running the school. 3.The petitioner was placed under suspension on 09.06.2014 and thereafter, it was revoked on 19.01.2015 and some false charges came to be framed against the petitioner and based on the enquiry report, punishment of stoppage of two increments with cumulative effect was imposed on the petitioner by the third respondent on 19.06.2015 and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first and second respondents on 24.07.2015 and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Sairaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
5.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation/ appeal petition dated 24.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice, the third respondent and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
