O R D E R
This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.787 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.
2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.787 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram and they have made an endorsement to that effect. They have also prayed for dismissal of the H.M.O.P.
3.Recording the submission and endorsement so made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.787 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Principal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.787 of 2018 to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P. as expeditiously as possible on receipt of the entire case bundle. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.
