Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

It is seen from the records that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29465 of 2012 dated 02.11.2012 by which directions have been issued to implement the orders passed earlier by the authorities. The patta was indeed issued in favour of the petitioner for the land measuring to an extent of 2.00 acres comprised in Survey No.34/2, situated in Kanathur Reddy Kuppam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District. Though a patta has been issued necessary correction has not been entered into in the village and taluk accounts. dated 15.07.2015 to the respondent to make necessary entry in the village and taluk accounts in pursuant of the proceedings dated 23.08.2013. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The facts narrated above would go to show that the respondent did not implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29465 dated 2.12.2012. This could be seen from the proceedings dated 23.08.2013 and in pursuant to the same, patta has also been issued. However, despite representation made by the petitioner on 15.07.2015, the necessary consequential changes have not been entered into in village and taluk accounts.

In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the respondent to make necessary changes in the village and taluk accounts based on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2015 and the earlier proceedings dated 23.08.2013 which has been passed in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29465 of 2012 dated 02.11.2012 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
