ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to survey and measure by planting survey stones in respect of the properties of the petitioner 1/4

in Dry S.No.10/1B2 and S.No.10/1B3 measuring 0.04.5 ares (9 cents) at Avi Kolapakkam Village, Tirukoilur Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 20.03.2024 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for surveying the lands, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
