ORDER

Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to implement of the order of the 1st respondent dated 24.4.2017 in respect of S.No.241/2, Prithivamangalam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent has passed the order dated 24.04.2017 to remove the encroachments within 15 days' time. However, the same has not yet been implemented by the authority concerned so far.

4. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to implement the order of the 1st respondent in two weeks' time.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 2nd respondent to implement the order of the 1st respondent dated 24.04.2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
