C.M.P.Nos.11911, 11900 & 11913 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.11911, 11900 & 11913 of 2022 in S.A.No.1423 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.11911 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 1294 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.
2. C.M.P.No.11913 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased 1st respondent, being the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, as respondents 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.
3. C.M.P.No.11900 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 2 to 6 and their names are also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.11911, 11900 & 11913 of 2022 are ordered.
