Challenging the order permitting recalling of P.W.2 for cross examination, the claimant has preferred the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is an attempt to protract the proceedings by the respondent/Insurance Company. The Trial Court, after considering the claim of the respondent and also involvement of public money in award of compensation, permitted further cross examination by recalling P.W.2.

3. Therefore, I do not find any discrepancy in the order passed by the Tribunal. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is given to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Judge) Krishnagiri, to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.280 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of Court.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
