Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from transferring the patta bearing No.346 in respect of the agricultural land to the extent of 1.16 acres in Survey No.597/3A and 3B situated in Mugasipidariyur Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District issued in the name of the petitioner to the second respondent or any other person without the knowledge of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2017.

O R D E R
