ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made an application on 24.08.2020 seeking issuance of community certificate in favour of his children to the effect that they belong to Scheduled Caste community. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Seeking appropriate orders on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the pendency of the application made by the petitioner on 24.08.2020, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
