Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in No.85/BCDFGISSSV/2023 dated 03.04.2023 and set aside the same and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the detenu Bharathiraja, son of the petitioner, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
