This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Though counter has been filed by the respondents, on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The petition stands allowed.
