ORDER

This petition has been filed, directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2433 of 2011 on the file of second respondent to CBCID, Dharmapuri for effective investigation in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that, after investigation in Crime No.2433 of 2011, the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri has filed RCS in 24 of 2017 on 07.06.2017 before the concerned Magistrate and notice was also issued to the defacto-complainant one Muniappan, S/o.Thangavel, Poovimkoota, Elangalapatti, Pulikal Post, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed and it is open for the petitioner to agitate his claim in the due process of law.
