O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.531 of 2018 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.I.Lakshmana Shankar took notice for the respondent and submitted that already H.M.O.P.No.863 of 2016 filed by the petitioner before VII Additional Family Court, Chennai has been transferred to Family Court, Thanjavur and hence this I.D.O.P.No.531 of 2018 also may be transferred to Family Court at Thanjavur. He further stated that the respondent has no objection to transfer the said I.D.O.P.No.531 of 2018 to the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur and made an endorsement to that effect. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner has no objection to transfer the said I.D.O.P.No.531 of 2018 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Family Court at Thanjavur and made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.531 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur. The learned Judge, VII Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.531 of 2018 to the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
