Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the Proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.3780/2013/E1 dated 20.7.2017 (issued to all the petitioners) passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and

consequently, direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners in the sanctioned posts like Turn Cock, Turner etc. in the 3rd respondent Municipality as ordered by the Government order issued in G.O.(4D) No.1, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.1) Department, dated 17.1.2013.
