ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV at Salem District to expeditiously dispose of the case in C.C.No.116 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said C.C number in the year 2017.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV at Salem District is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.116 of 2018 within a period of six months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV at Salem District is directed to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
