This petition has been filed seeking to recall the order dated 10.03.2023 closing the contempt petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 10.03.2023 closed the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2404 of 2022 based on the representation made on behalf of the petitioner that the order of this Court dated 07.12.2020 in W.P.No.33027 of 2013, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied with. However, the fact remains that the petitioner is entitled for backwages from 2002 onwards till the date of superannuation and the said benefit was not paid.
