COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a direction to the Special District Judge, Krishnagiri to expeditiously dispose of E.A.No.5 of 2021 in E.P.No.86 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.343 of 2015 and E.A.No.2 of 2012 in E.P.No.45 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.344 of 2015 respectively within the time frame fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 2.It appears that the entire settlement amount as determined by the Lok Adalat had been deposited before the Court. Naturally, the revision petitioner hoped that the bus which would be released. E.A.Nos.2 & 5 of 2021 were filed for that particular purpose, in E.P.No.45 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.344 of 2015 and E.P.No.86 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.343 of 2015 which are now pending before the Special Court at Krishnagiri.
3.It is the grievance of the revision petitioner that the bus should be released automatically since the entire settlement amount as agreed by the parties had been deposited before the Court.
4.A direction is given to the learned Special District Judge at Krishnagiri to dispose of E.A.No.2 of 2021and E.A.No.5 of 2021 on or before 31.08.2021. 5.With the said observation, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No order as to costs.
