Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent letter No.B2/177743/12 dt:11.03.2013 with respect to the demand for security deposit of Rs.2.27 crores as contained in page 2 Tabular column statement in the impugned order of the 2nd respondent and quash the said clause by directing the 2nd respondent to sanction planning permission to the petitioner without insisting upon their demand for security deposit by way of cash/D.D as contained in their letter No.B2/17743/12 dated 11.03.2013.
