This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.9 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.4 of 2013 and charge sheet is also made ready to be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. For filing the charge sheet, he seeks time.
3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of the charge sheet, the learned Magistrate shall proceed and pass appropriate orders.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
