This petition has been filed to relax the condition No."c. the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed by this Court vide its order dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31938 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered. 02.06.2025 rsi 2/4
