ORDER

When the case was called on 4.1.2010, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above Criminal revision was adjourned to 11.1.2010 and on 11.1.2010, the case was adjourned to 22.1.2010. But the case was listed on 27.1.2010 on which date, when the case was called in the morning session, there was no representation for the petitioner and the case was passed over. Again, at 3.00 p.m., when the case was called, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the case was directed to be posted for dismissal on 28.1.2010. Even today, when the case was called, there was no representation for the petitioner and the case was passed over.
