W.M.P.No.15110 of 2026 filed seeking permission to the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered on payment of separate court fee.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an order has been passed on the petitioners' application seeking approval of the regularisation of the building construction. Since the petitioners' application has been returned unapproved by the Chennai Corporation through its order dated 29.08.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty for the petitioners to challenge the said order dated 29.08.2025, in the manner known to the petitioners under law.
