O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents, not to harass the petitioners.

2. Though very may allegations are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent police is calling the petitioners and harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by one Venkatachalam. Therefore, they have come forward with this petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a complaint was lodged by one Venkatachalam and it was assigned C.S.R.No.575/2015 by B-1, Police Station, Dharmapuri, and the same was enquired into and now, the complaint is pending before the District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry before the District Crime Branch, (ii) The respondent police is directed, not to harass the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
