O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram to the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and they have also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the respondent also prayed for early disposal of the H.M.O.P.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4.Recording the submissions and endorsements made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kancheepuram and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee. The learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2018 to the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
