The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to sanction the entire loan amount as per the estimation slip of the petitioner's College with reference to the applications dated 20.8.2011. 1/3

2. On account of efflux of time of about 12 years, the relief as such sought for in the present writ proceeding lost its relevance. More so, the petitioner would have completed the course by now and thus, extending the education loan at this length of time would not arise at all.
